Our Story
ApparelScapes is a student-run fashion micro-business created by and for the Cal Poly Pomona community. Through both physical and digital sales channels, students develop exclusive graphic apparel and merchandise inspired by customer insights, market research, and campus culture.
As part of a hands-on capstone experience, students manage every stage of the business process—from design development, material sourcing, vendor negotiations, and production orders to visual merchandising, pricing, marketing, sales, and performance analysis. ApparelScapes gives students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in Cal Poly Pomona’s Fashion Design, Technology, and Management program in a real-world retail environment.
Our work is supported by the Fashion Program’s digital product development facility and sourcing team, which allows us to bring original student designs to life right here on campus.
